Nedra Achord Landry passed away on January 22, 2016 at the age of 80, surrounded by her loving family.
She was a life-long resident of Gramercy, LA, most recently residing in Reserve, LA and a native of Prairieville, LA.
She is survived by her children: Debra Samrow (Keith), Monica Cox (Gary), Susan Cox (Kevin), Tina Landry, and Kenny Landry (Jill); as well as her brother, Lannie Achord, and sister-in-law, Katherine Parr. She will be greatly missed by her 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Landry, Sr.; parents Lannie Achord and Inez Babin Achord; brother, Garney Achord and great-grandchild, Devaney Cox.
Visitation will be at Rose Lynn Funeral Services, 1870 Cabanose Ave, Lutcher, LA on Sunday, January 24, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, January 25, 2016 at Sacred Heart Church in Gramercy, LA at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery in Reserve, LA.
