GRIFFITH.-Roderick Griffith died last night, at 10:30 o'clock, at the residence of his son, L.C. Griffith, on Sycamore street, in this city, aged seventy-three years.
The funeral will take place to-morrow morning, at 9:30 o'clock, from residence. The services will be conducted by Elder Z.T. Sweeney. The remains will be taken to Queensville, Jenning County, for interment.
The deceased was one of this city's most highly respected citizens, and he leaves a family and many friends to mourn his loss. He was born in Jefferson county, O., near Millersburg, and came to Indiana in 1833, landing at Madison and going from there to Queensville, where he remained until 1872, when he removed to this city, where he has resided ever since.
