Cynthia Johnson, 66, left her worldly body and gained her heavenly wings Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, while visiting in Galveston. Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment: Jaybird Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Biggers Funeral Home. She fought a long battle and never gave up living life to the fullest. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends. Survivors: Husband, Arthur; son, Stan and his companion, Leslie; daughter, Jana Johnson; sister, Cecilia Kirby and husband, Dale; brothers-in-law, Charles Johnson and wife, Diane, and Phillip Summers; grandchildren, Zane Heck and Caraline Doty; niece, Andrea Hamilton; nephews, Larry Kirby and wife, Jen, Gary Kirby and Craig Johnson; a large extended family; and many friends.
