Dorothy Ann Walden was killed in an automobile accident six miles south of Bloomington, Illinois on Sunday (February 17, 1957).

She was born in Bloomington, Illinois on February 24, 1938 a daughter of Thomas and Betty Alverson Walden. She attended Bloomington, Illinois public schools.

Surviving are her parents; seven brothers, Richard, Wayne, George, James, Kenneth, William and Michael all of Bloomington, Illinois; and three sisters, Paricica Walden, Mrs, Barbara Tervin, and Mrs. Mary Lou Klink all of Bloomington, Illinois. A sister and a brother preceded her in death.

She was a member of Grace Evangelical United Brethren Church.
