AMANDA AYDELOTT


Mrs. Amanda Aydelott, 88, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Griffin, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Mrs. Aydelott was a native of Fulton, Mississippi. She and I. S. Aydelott were married December 30, 1893 and set up housekeeping in Centralia. This was their home until the death of Mr. Aydelott, October 13, 1935. Mrs. Aydelott went to live with her daughter after his death. She loved Centralia and her friends here. She was always faithful in attendance at Church and Sunday School and will be remembered as a good neighbor and friend. She was a member of the Nazarene church. Surviving in addition to Mrs. Griffin are two step-sons, George C. Aydelott, of New York City, and Virgil Aydelott of Encampment, Wyo.; 2 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren. The funeral and burial were at Okmulgee.
