Mr. Lepper was born Jan 18, 1901, near Ludlow, son of George and Ada Lepper.
He is survived by a son, Raymond, Bismarck, N.D.; three sisters, Mrs. Faye Bethel, Delavan, Wis., Mrs. Bertie Smith, Champaign; Mrs. Jessie Jordan, Vandalia; three brothers, Raymond, Ludlow; Delmar, California; Thomas, Jonesboro.
Mr. Lepper was a veteran of World War I.
