Mr. Cecil H Albury of West Palm Beach FL died at a local hospital after a sudden illness. Mr. Albury had been a resident of Palm Beach County since 1962 coming here from Miami FL. At the time of his passing he was associated with the law first of Alley, Maass, Rogers and Lindsay, P.A. of Palm Beach. A veteran of the Korean War, he served as a Sergeant for the U.S. Marine Corps from 1951 to 1954. He was a member of Saint Christopher's Episcopal Church, West Palm Beach FL. A graduate of the University of Florida, he received his BA in 1958, LLB in 1962 and his Juris Doctorate in 1967. He was a member of Phi Delta Phi, member of Panel of Arbitrators, American Arbitrators, American Arbitration Association, member of the Florida Bar, member of Bar Counsel 1965-1970, Board of Governors, Young Lawyers Section 1966-1971 member 1968-1973, and Chairman, 1970-1973, 15th Judicial Circuit Trial Court Judicial Nominating Committee 1972-1976. He was a member of the Disciplinary Procedures Committee 1972-1975. He served as referee in grievance proceedings, Trial Lawyer Section 1973-1978; and No-Fault Insurance Law 1974-1975. He was on the Committee for Continuing Education, The Florida Bar Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee 1989; Palm Beach County Speakers Bureau 1970-1973; Medico-Legal Committee 1965-1967; Circuit Court Advisory Committee 1965-1967, 1980-1984 Board of Directors Special Master for Contested Matters, 1977. He was a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, Board of Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.

Mr. Albury was preceded in death by a brother, Warren Albury, Lake Placid FL, and a sister Audrey Frazier, Lake Worth FL.
