Fatal Accident--Mr. Selim LeBeau, owner of Frenchtown mill, met with his death a week ago last Tuesday in a sad manner. He was engaged in cutting away the ice from his mill wheel, which he thought he had secured; but when the wheel was cut free the weight of the ice on one side broke the fastenings and caused it to revolve, drawing Mr. LeBeau underneath and causing instant death.
Mr. LeBeau came from French Gulch some two years ago, and by habits of industry and economy had acquired a handsome property. This community has lost one of its best citizens, and one univerally esteemed and respected.
