~ Nettie Luella (Farrow) Rowden ~

Nettie Luella Rowden, known to her friends and family as Luella, age 79, of Iberia, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at Lakeside Meadows in Osage Beach. She was born in Miller County near St. Anthony on March 19, 1938, daughter of the late William Marion "Bill" and Naomi Rachel (Duncan) Farrow. On March 17, 1956, in Iberia, Luella married Norman Euell Rowden, who preceded her in death on July 7, 1990.

She is survived by one son, Terry Rowden (Carine Runner) of Iberia; two daughters, Sheila LaBrot and Betty Drace both of Iberia; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one sister, Leona Hogue of Iberia; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Ray and Clay Machon; one sister, Blanche Helton; granddaughter, Rachel Duncan; and one son-in-law, Preston "Pete" Drace.

A Private Family Service was held on Feb 15, 2018 at 5-6 P.M. at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. A private graveside service was held in Brays Cemetery near Iberia.
