Funeral Services for Victor R. Liedtke, 73, of 403 Valley View St., Cliff Heights, Silvis, who died Monday at Illini Hospital, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Church of the Open Bible, East Moline, With the Rev. Ray Walker officiating. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. today at Wendt Brothers Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the church, of which he was a member.

Mr. Liedtke was born Feb. 19, 1912, in Kalona, Iowa.

He married Inger Hove on Nov. 25, 1936, in Rock Island.

He retired in 1977 from John Deere Harvester Works, East Moline, where he had been employed 20 years. He also had been employed at International Harvester East Moline Plant.

Surviving are his wife; a step-son, Ronald Johnson of Moline; two grandchildren; a great-grandson; and a brother, Oscar of Colchester, Ill.
