Burial followed in Blue Water Cemetery.
Mr. Emmons died Saturday, April 30, at his residence in Livingston.
He was born Oct. 17, 1928 in Joaquin, the son of Isaak "Ike" and Ella Bussey Emmons.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Emmons; his parents; daughter, Brenda Elaine Fender; brother, Joseph Bernard Emmons; sister, Netta Mae Eaves and grandchild, Dwayne Emmons.
Survivors include his sons, Richard E. Emmons of Livingston and David L. Emmons of Woodville; daughters, Wanda Gail Kruse of Marshall, Ruth Annette Murphy of Livingston and Becky Lynn Hendrix of Livingston; brother, W.L.
