He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Dewey Dwayne Emmons; sister, Brenda Elaine Emmons Fender; nephews, Heath Kruse and Reese Kruse.
Funeral services for Ricky Emmons will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 4, 2013 at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas. Rev. David Emmons will conduct the services. Following the chapel service, interment will be at Holhausen-Darby Cemetery in Moscow, Texas.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 PM on Saturday, August 3, 2013 also at Cochran Funeral Home.
