Audrey Isabella Bradshaw Hutchings was born December 4, 1923 and left for a long awaited heavenly family reunion November 26, 2015. Audrey was born in Parowan, Utah to William Ira and Hazel Gray Bradshaw and was the second child of seven. When she was 4 years old her family moved to Minersville, Utah. She grew up in Minersville and attended school in Minersville and Milford, Utah. Her best friends were Nellie Carter and Sarah Myers.

On November 2, 1940 she married Norman Hutchings in Beaver, Utah. They were later sealed in the St. George Temple. They were blessed with 5 children; Richard Lee, Hazel Ann, Norman Russell, Calvin B. and Lyle Gray.

Audrey maintained a beautiful and meticulous home, she was a great cook and loved to share meals with family and friends. Audrey was thrifty, enjoyed a good sale and loved to sew and make quilts. She enjoyed the knowledge and friendship she gained as a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers.

Audrey worked at a sewing factory and as a cook and waitress at Emil’s and Arshel’s café in Beaver also at the Beaver Hospital. When her brother Bill owned the KOA she worked for him then went to work at the Beaver Drug Store.

Her favorite calling as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints was to do name extraction, which she did for over 12 years. She also taught Relief Society and Primary. Audrey’s unique characteristics were humor, fun and optimism she brought to anything she did. Though she was tiny in stature, she was mighty in life and left to all who blessed to know and love her mighty legacy. Her home and family were her greatest pride and joy.
