Wife of Kingston Contractor Succumbs After Year's Illness

Ill a year, Mrs. Harry G. Pethick, 53, wife of the senior member of the Curtis-Fennel Company, general building contractors, died last night at 6:45 in her home. 29 First avenue, Kingston, of complications.
She was the former Lillian Chambers, a daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth Chambers of Mahanoy City. Mrs. Pethick lived in this city for a long time before moving to the West Side 15 years ago. She was a member of St. Luke's Reformed Church, North Main street.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons, Robert V. Pethick, engaged in the ship building business at Tampa, Florida, and Harry Gordon Pethick, in the U. S. Army, stationed at Camp Meade, Md.; a brother, Robert Chambers, Kingston: a sister. Mrs. Elva Williams, Kingston, and a grandson, Jan Pethick.
Funeral services have been delayed pending the arrival of her two sons. Burial will be in the family plot at Hollenback cemetery.
