Leslie E. Cook, 74, 2105 East 46th Street, died yesterday in Ball Memorial Hospital at Muncie. He had been visiting relatives at Muncie. He was born at Donansburg, Ky., and had lived here 46 years. Mr. Cook was a maintenance engineer with Lux Launderers and Cleaners Inc. several years, retiring in 1971. He was a member of Brookside Masonic Lodge. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Flanner and Buchanan Broad Ripple Mortuary, with burial in Lincoln Memory Garden Cemetery. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lola Cook, and son, Thomas H. Cook of Stevensville, Mich.
