Sweetwater, May 28 - Last rites for Mrs. Mary Josie Foy, 52, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Fundamental Baptist Church. The pastor, the Rev. A. L. Patterson, is to officiate. Burial will be in the Sweetwater Cemetery under direction of Patterson Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are to be Roy DeBusk, Roy Rasco, Neeley Reeves, Ellington Owens, Claude Browning and W. L. Wood.
Mrs. Foy, owner of a Sweetwater apartment house, died Tuesday night at Sweetwater Hospital.
Survivors are two sons, Ed Toliver of Sweetwater and Ray Toliver of Midland; a sister, Mrs. A. D. Vines of Dallas; a brother, Don Badgley of Dallas; and three grandchildren.
