Rites for William G. Lieb, 61, will be at Clyde Church of Christ at 10 a.m. Thursday with Roy Phemister, minister, officiating. A memorial service will follow at Sweetwater Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Burial will be under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of Clyde.
Mr. Lieb died at 9:57 p.m. Tuesday at Cox Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Born June 28th, 1904 in Stephens County, he was a grocer in Sweetwater for 25 years. He was a member of the Clyde Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Billie Loise Lieb of Dallas; his father, H. R. Lieb of Snyder; two sisters, Mrs. M. W. Jackson of Spur and Mrs. Ralph Smith of Abilene; two brothers, Alfred of Snyder and Damon of Portales, N.M. One son died in 1943.
