Clavis was a disabled truck driver for Ashland Oil Company.
He is survived by three sons, Daniel (Pauline) Hensley of Logan, Clavis Ray (Debbie) Hensley of Harts, and Donald Eugene Hensley of Logan, one daughter Angela Carol (Ralph) Collins of Switzer, two brothers Eugene (Rose) Hensley of McConnell and Alvin Lee (Nellie) Hensley of Sod, one sister Madeline Lawson of Sod, four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Honaker Funeral Home in Logan with Ted Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill, WV.
Friends may call from 6:00 - 8:00 on Thursday at the funeral home.
