He was born on February 8, 1947 in Kittanning, to the late Ernest “Red” and Mary Jane (John) Cornman.
“Bo” loved working on cars his entire life and was employed by Walker Pontiac in Kittanning for many years and Willison Garage of New Bethlehem. He was a former president of Kit-Han-Ne Car Club AACA. Mr. Cornman was an elder of Goheenville Presbyterian Church, a mason, and a member of the BPOE. Bo also coached Little League. He loved camping with his much loved companion Angel – his black lab. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He continued to look after and care for Mr. & Mrs. Harry Coleman of Dayton as his extended parents for most of his life. As a young man, he lived and worked on the Coleman Farm.
Bo will be missed by his son: Jason Cornman and wife Nicole of Cadogan, and granddaughter Madelyn and grandson Zac. Bo also is survived by siblings Patricia (Russell) Stitt of South Carolina, Eva (Ed) Steffy of Kittanning, Helen (Kenneth “Buddy”) Schall of Rural Valley, Nancy (Larry) Slagle of Fairmount City, Diana (Jose) Motla of Peru, Jean (Larry) Chestnut of Ford Cliff, Janice (Robert) Rodgers of Butler, Anita (Byron) Heckman of Florida, Jack (Denise) Cornman of Kittanning, and Dwayne (Melanie) Cornman of Kittanning; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his three brothers: Thomas, Ernest, and Charles Cornman; and two infant sisters.
