Duke, so named because of the way he carried himself...so regal and beautiful. He was a Tri-color Collie, purbred by birth and had all the wonderful characteristics of the breed. He was sweetness personified.
Rescued from the animal shelter after his owners relinquished him when he developed epilepsy. We had him a relatively short time.
Though on medication he soon began having Gran mal seizures and our vet explained that even with medications he was continuing to get worse. Sadly, along with our trusted Vet, the decision was made to end his suffering...his ended and ours began...we still miss our regal boy.
