Chadwick, Ill. Feb.27, 1947- Mrs. Elizabeth Daehler Parsons, 71, former resident of Chadwick and Argo Fay, died yesterday in the Wilson Nursing home, Rock Falls.
She had been an invalid since she suffered a stroke four years ago.
Mrs. Parsons was born Nov. 13, 1875, the daughter of Louis and Anna (Hartman) Daehler. She attended Chadwick grade and high schools and Dekalb State Teacher's College. She was the member of the Order of Eastern Star and Chadwick Lutheran Church and was active in Argo Fay community affairs.
Surving are her four brothers; Albert of Colorado Springs, Col., Ocsar, Fred and Herman, all of Chadwick. Her husband, Henry died previously.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. at First Lutheran Church, Rev. Earle Coble officiating. Burial will be in Argo cemetery.
