Janet was united in marriage to Melvin Roesler on October 5, 1968. She was known for joking, enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She was involved in church activities, and known for her generosity and her smile. Janet worked at Woolworth’s and the Holiday Inn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mabel Borden; sister, Nancy Morris (Dick); brother, William E. Borden.
Janet is survived by her husband, Melvin; Betty (James) Peterson, Arleen Borden, Richard Morris, Peggy (Barry) Bratland, Paula Valentine, Pam Carlson (Robert), Robert Gunther; many, nephews, friends.
Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in International Falls.
