CARLISLE Lydia R. Ott, 90, of Leader Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, formerly of Carlisle, died Sunday in the home.

She was a member of Community Baptist Church and its Sunday school.

Surviving are a daughter, Thelma Kuhn of Newville, two step-great-grandchildren and two step-great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, Monroe Twp.

Viewing will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
