She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Juanita Rowe of New Bern; three sisters, Mrs. Floyd Foster and Mrs. Teddy Hines of Snead's Ferry and Mrs. J.D. Hale of Charlotte; two brothers, David and Daniel Owens, both of Snead's Ferry; and two grandsons. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and other times at 1700 Spencer Avenue.
