A retired educator in the Knoxville area and a member of First Presbyterian Church, Celia was a resident of Clarksville and 81 years old when she passed away at home on October 16, 2015.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband and by her brothers Charles Beauchamp and Cecil Beauchamp, she was survived by a married daughter; a son; and four grandchildren.
Funeral Service were held at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, and burial was in Greenwood Cemetery.
