Trinity -- Funeral for Mildred Kenum, age 84, of Trinity, will be Saturday, October 17, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Richie Thompson officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to service. Interment will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Kenum died Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born January 15, 1931, in Argentina. Her husband, Louis Kenum, preceded her in death.
She is survived by one son, Robert Kenum of Trinity; and daughter, Marie Calderon.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to the Awana Club of Trinity Baptist Church, 1281 Old Highway 24, Trinity, AL 35673.
