Muriel was born in 1915 in Ontario to Albert & Emma Yaeck. She married Richard Franklin Albee probably in the late 30s in Ontario. They returned to the US together in 1939 In the 1940 census they were living in Buffalo with his parents. He died in 1964 and she married Bruce Jay in 1978.
