Mrs. Walker was the daughter of the late Rudolph Elliot and Gladys C. Washington Elliot. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Rudolph E. Elliot, Jr. and Robert Jackson. She was a member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church in Martinsburg, WV.
She is survived by her husband Paul W. Walker, sons, William Beamer III of Winchester, VA; and Kelen Conley and wife Angel of Martinsburg, WV; step-sons, Travis Walker and Jermaine Walker both of Winchester, VA; five sisters, Anna Curry of Hagerstown, MD; Narcissus Sheilds of Winchester, VA; Felica Boles of Tenn; Silvia Washington of Baltimore, MD; and Linda Burkes of Cleveland, OH; two brothers, Larry Elliot of Winchester, VA; and Jonathan Elliot of Sterling, VA.
The family received friends one hour prior services at the church.
The funeral services were held at 12 noon, Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Winchester with Pastor John Green officiating.
Burial was made in Shenandoah Memorial Park in Winchester, VA.
The family entrusted the care of Mrs. Walker to the Cartwright Funeral Home of Winchester, VA.
