Myers, FL; a brother Clarence Bowden of Madisonville, KY and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nell (Collins) and Roy V. Bowden; two brothers and two sisters.
Born on August 15, 1918 in Obion County, TN, he had been an automobile salesman and had worked in many car dealerships across the country. He was owner and operator of Bowden Dodge in Dexter, MO. He retired in 1991 in Detroit, MI where he had lived most of his life. He was a World War II U.S. Army Veteran (MP) serving in Africa and Italy.
