Mrs. John S. Miller Dies Monday Night

Mrs. Sarah Alice Miller, 80, died at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the home of her daughter Mrs. Margaret McDermitt, 231 Gallagher Ave.

The widow of the late John S. Miller, she was the daughter of the late John H. and Lydia Stemen Funk. She was a native of Hocking County and lived all of her life in and around Logan.

Surviving are three other daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Mason and Mrs. Josephine Auker, Fenton, Mich., and Mrs. Florence Bates, Lancaster; a son John Henry Miller, Logan; 15 grandchildren, and four half brothers, Martin Kellenbarger of Lancaster, Malcolm of Sugar Grove, Pete of Columbus and John of Crooksville.

Friends may call at Leonard Funeral Home this evening and until services at 9 a.m. Thursday in St. John's Catholic Church The Rev. Fr. Charles P. Foy will officiate Rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 7:30 pm Wednesday. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Sarah Alice Miller, 80, died at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the home of her daughter Mrs. Margaret McDermitt, 231 Gallagher Ave.
