EUREKA: Mrs. Freida E. Wagner, 64, of 311 E. James Street, died at 4:08 a.m. Wednesday, January 6, 1960, at Eureka Hospital where she had been a patient since November 30.
Her funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Roanoke Mennonite Church, with the Rev. Gilbert Johnstone and the Rev. Wesley Jantz officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at the Otto and Argo Funeral Home. She will be taken to the church at 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
She was born June 19, 1895, at Eureka, a daughter of Christian and Barbara Sauder Wagner. She was married to Joseph J. Wagner April 4, 1926, at Eureka.
Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Jacquita Collins of Downers Grove; two brothers, E. C. Wagner of Chenoa; E. S. Wagner of San Mateo, CA; four sisters, Mrs. Walter Zook, Mrs. Chris Schertz, Mrs. Forrest Yoder, Mrs. Lloyd Stalter of Eureka; two grandchildren. A brother preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Mennonite Church.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.
