Pennsylvania, Veterans Burial Cards, 1777-2012

From the VanWye History written in 1901 by Enoch Van Wye

Arthur Van Wye, came from Holland about 1750 and settled near Philadelphia in the state [then colony] of Pennsylvania and tradition tells me that he was married three time and brought up three sets of children and that he and that he two of his sons were Indian fighters and also fought in the Revolutionary War wherein the American Colonies fought with and gained their freedom from the British government.
