He was a member of Buffat Heights Baptist Church where
he served as Deacon and Assistant Sunday School Director.

He was a Veteran of the US Navy and retired from Marathon Oil Company.

Preceded in death by parents, Marcus Coleman and Bessie L. Kissiah; wife, Barbara L. Kissiah; and brothers, Edgar Kissiah and William Little of Concord NC; sisters, Flossie
Griffith of Monroe NC, Lina Morton of Charlotte, NC, and Louise Kissiah of Concord, NC.
