Walter Morris Batts, 79, of Route 1, Turners Station, died Sunday, May 13th at his residence.
He was a native of Henry County; a retired farmer; and a member of the Turners Station Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Neva Mahoney Batts, Turners Station; one son, William Morris Batts, Turners Station; two grandchildren, Anita Batts and Lynetta Batts, both of Turners Station.
Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 16th T Barnett-Ransdell Funeral Home, Campbellsburg. Rev. Carl Rucker and Rev. Tim Snow officiated. Interment was in the Port Royal Cemetery.
