Buried in the St. Clere Cemetery, north of Emmett, Kansas. The emblem K-L-M (a fraternal organization "Knights of Ladies Security") is engraved on his monument. He married Izzy Dora Wilkins, August 20, 1887. She was the daughter of Morgaret and Theodore Wilkins of Havensville, Ks.
