Funeral services were conducted at First and Puckett Funeral Home, Galesburg, with burial in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Victor was born 30 Dec 1874 in Sweden, and had resided 25 years in East Galesburg. He was a coal miner prior to retiring in 1935.
Surviving are three sons: John of East Galesburg, Victor of Galesburg, and Ellsworth of Chicago; a stepson, Lawson Morton of East Galesburg; two daughters, Mrs. Ann Pferschy and Mrs. Lillian Evans of East Galesburg; a brother, John, of Pittsburg, Kansas, 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
