Josephine Harrison, 76, Tandy Lane, died at 4 a.m. Sunday, March 2, 2003, at her home following a long illness.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Lamb Funeral Home with the Rev. Lloyd Tucker officiating. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery, Pembroke. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

A native of Nashville, Tenn., she was born April 16, 1926, the daughter of the late Dr. Powhattan James and Jessie Jenkins James. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Her husband, Thomas Richard "Dick" Harrison, died in 1986.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas Richard Harrison Jr., Lexington, James Mark Harrison, Sadieville; a daughter, Jessica J. Harrison, Alexandria, Va.; a brother, Dr. Powhattan James Jr., Houston, Texas, and three grandchildren.
