Funeral services for Mrs. Betha Lee Bush, age 82, of Collinston, Louisiana will be held 2 p.m. Monday April 5, 2004 at Cox Funeral Home in Bastrop with the Rev Phillip McCready and Rev C.V. Barker officiating. Interment will be at the Carter Cemetery in Collinston under the direction of Cox Funeral Home, Bastrop. Visitation with the family will be Sunday April 4 from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bush was born March 25, 1922 in Eureka, Louisiana and passed away Friday April 2, 2004 in Monroe. She was preceded in death by her husband; Wilson Benoit Bush, parents; John Wesley and Lacy Elmyra Spillers, son-in-law; and Harvey Rainbolt, Sr.
Mrs Betha Bush was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Bastrop. She is survived by three daughters; Virginia Musgrove and husband Jerry Musgrove of Collinston, Myra Joyce Rainbolt of Bastrop, and Ida Fay Hall of Collinston, two sons; Edward Bush and wife Lillie Bush of Calhoun, and Roy Bush and wife Gloria Bush of Marion, Louisiana, ten grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Harvey Rainbolt, Jr., Robin Hall, Jason Musgrove, DeWayne Bush, Clay Bush, Clay Murphy, and Birch Farley.
