Richard Donald Schwartz, age 75, of the Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center, formerly of Hegins, died Saturday, August 12th, 2006 at Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Hegins, on July 21, 1931, a son of the late William H and Goldie A (Kimmel) Schwartz. He and his wife owned and operated Schwartz's Roadside Market. He was a self employed farmer. He was also a utility plant operator at the former Ashland State Hospital before retiring. He was a member of the Fearnot Assembly of God. His wife Susanna J (Smith ) Schwartz died July 31, 2006.
He was preceded in death by a son Craig R Schwartz in 1967; by two brothers Russell Schwartz and William Schwartz; and by two sisters Betty Readinger and Phyllis Coleman.
