Photo of Porter-Justice Cemetery, Clymer, Cass Co., Indiana, as taken by John Rodman Justice on 7 Oct 1979. Two-thirds across the photo (from left to right), you can see the free standing rectangular tombstone of Malinda Porter Justice (3rd great grandmother of John Rodman Justice). Sometime after this photo was taken, the tombstone was broken at its base (probably by nearby pigs which like to rub up against the stones) and placed against the tree in the left side of this photo.

Photo of free standing tombstone of Malinda Porter Justice as taken by John Rodman Justice (her 3rd great grandson) on 7 Oct 1979 within the Porter-Justice Cemetery, Clymer, Cass Co., Indiana. The inscription on the tombstone read: "Malinda wife of James Justice died Sept. 1, 1846 aged 35 years 11 mos 19 days." Tombstone was subsequently (after 1979) broken at its base (probably by nearby pigs which like to rub up against the stones) and then placed against a tree within the cemetery.
