Obituary of Orville Bonness -
Archer -

Orville E. Bonness, an official at the Hercules Powder Co., Kenvil, New Jersey, died July 4th at his home in Kenvil after a brief illness. Mr. Bonness was superintendent of the acid department in the Kenvil plant where he had been employed 13 years.

Orville Bonness was born November 8, 1913; graduated as a chemical engineer form the University of Nebraska in 1940 and moved to Kenvil, New Jersey in 1941.

Those who survive Mr. Bonness are his wife, Doris, three daughters, Misses Patricia, Kathleen, and Sally Ann all at home, his mother, Mrs. Lydia Bonness, Archer; 3 sisters, Evelyn of Detroit, Mrs. Donald Frazier of Archer, Mrs. Gerald Mattson, Central City, four brothers, Harvey and Elmer of Archer, Arthur of Grand Island and Quentin of Los Angeles.

He was preceded in his passing by his father, Paul Bonness.

Burial was in the Succasunna, New Jersey cemetery.

Not proven this is the correct Succasunna cemetery, but seems likely based on church affiliations of other family members.
