Katherine May Currey Threlfall was the daughter of Walter and Mabel Currey, sister of Donald, Maxine, Elaine, Phyllis, Beverly, and Joan Currey. She married her lifelong partner, James Albert Threlfall, Amory, Mississppi, after they met at Bob Jones College, where they both attended and graduated. Mrs. Threlfall faithfully served the Lord as a godly wife and mother, and was an effective elementary teacher, as well as a supportive pastor's wife during her husband's ministries. She traveled with Dr. Threlfall in evangelistic meetings later in life. She loved people because of her great love for the Lord, to Whom she had dedicated her life in her youth. Surviving are two daughters, Dianne Rutherford and husband Ron of Greenville and Susan Ottavi and husband Neil of Thompson's Station, TN; three sons, David Threlfall and wife Sheila of Plano, TX, Doug Threlfall and wife Barbara of Seoul, South Korea, Jim Threlfall of Indianapolis, IN; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great grand-children; one sister-in-law, Jessie Threlfall of Clemmons, NC. She was preceded in death by her brother and three sisters.
