Doris Howell McClung
AUGUST 11, 1919 – DECEMBER 9, 2014

Doris Howell McClung, 95, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2014.
A native of Oconee County, Watkinsville, GA, she was a daughter of the late Charlie and Cleo F. Doolittle and the widow of T. Doyle Howell and Earl A. McClung.

She was a member of Young Harris Methodist Church where she was a former member of the Older Gems and the Co-Workers Sunday School Class.

Services will be at 3:00PM, Friday, December 12th in the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park with Rev. David Wofford officiating.

Mrs. McClung was predeceased by her son, Thomas (Tom) D. Howell, Jr, her sister, Mildred D. Dallara, and her brother, Willis B. Doolittle.

Survivors include her daughter, Susan (Lamar) Baldwin of Acworth, GA; daughter-in-law, Cynthia Nunnally of Athens; four grandchildren, Scott Howell of Athens, Robyn (Stan) Shepherd of Trophy Club, TX, Kelly (Mike) Morrell of Dallas, GA, and Beth Baldwin of Marietta, GA, and five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1-3PM prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Young Harris Methodist Church, 973 Prince Ave, Athens, GA 30606.
