John was a veteran of World War II and a member of Peoples Gospel Church.
He was survived by his wife, Lorraine; three daughters, Mrs. Joann Boley, San Jose, California, Mrs. Sheryl Lashingski and Anna Belle Carter, both of Barberton; two sons, Clyde and Scott Loudermilk, both of Barberton. There were also seven grandchildren and his brothers, William of Barberton, John of Crestline and Dewey of Wellston; and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Norris of Wellston.
