Glenarm-Lee "Bus" Curby, 93, of Glenarm Saturday, Oct. 15, 2005, at his home. He was bornApril 17, 1912, in Farmerville, the son of John L. and Nona Stevens Curby. He married Fannie Lewis in 1935 inSpringfild.
Mr. Curby Graduated from Divernon High School. He retired from farming after many years. He was a Charter member of Sugar Creek United Methodist Chruch and member of Sangamon County Fram Bureau.
Survivors: wife, Fannie; three daughters, Carolyn (husband, Richard) Halford of Glenarm, Susan (husband, David) Vanselow
of Bentonville, Ark., and Joanne Curby (husband, Pete) Lindsey
of Santa Cruz, Calif.; son Karl (wife, Barbara) Curby of Glenarm; six grandchildren; five great-grandchindren; two sisters, Winona Child of Springfield and Elaine McElvain of Sullivan; and several nieces and nephews.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Sugar Creek United Methodist
Church, Chatham, the Rev. Wesley Osborn officiating. Burial: Cumberland-Sugar Creek Cemetery, Glenarm. Bramley Funeral Home in Divernon is in charge of arrangements.
