His widow, Florence, married (2nd)(as his 2nd wife) RICHARD BRETT, Gent., of Bletchley, Buckinghamshire. He left a well dated 16 July 1532, proved 20 March 1533 .
His widow, Florence Grey, Lady Grey, left a will dated 28 July 1536 requesting burial "nygh unto my lord my husband" [Edmund Grey]
