Victoria was the oldest child of Joseph W and Sirrisah Twyford Adams. She married William John Reges, Sr and gave birth to a son. She developed eclampsia and died shortly after the babys birth. She was survived by her husband, her parents,and two brothers, Horace and Dewey. She was preceded in death by a sister,Sarah "Sadie" Wilson, and a young brother, Joseph H. According to her death certificate she is buried in Brownsdale Presbyterian Cemetery in Penn Township,Butler county, near the intersection of Brownsdale and Valencia roads.
