Elizabeth was born before 1558. She was the daughter of Sir John Spencer and Katherine Kitson. She married 1st George Carey, 2nd Baron Hunsdon of Hunsdon, son of Henry Carey, 1st Baron Hunsdon of Hunsdon and Ann Morgan, on 29 December 1574, by licence from the Archbishop of Canterbury. She married, secondly, Ralph Eure, 3rd Lord Eure after March 1612. She was buried on 2 March 1617/18 in Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, England in the Carey family vault. It is through this line that the Spencer's are connected to Anne Boylen.Daughter of Sir John Spencer of Wormleighton & Althorp and his wife, Katherine Kytson, she married George Carey, 2nd Lord Hunsdon, on 29 Dec 1574. She died in the parish of St. Anne Blackfriars, Farringdon Within Ward, London, and was buried in Westminster Abbey on 2 Mar 1618.
