Alice Cochran age 89, of Richmond, passed away at Reid Hospital, on July 28, 2015. She was born on June 10, 1926, to Edward and Carrie (Woods) Brandenburg, in Rising Sun, Ohio.
Alice was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She leaves to cherish her memory her four children: Tommy (Sue) Cochran, Roxanna Pugh, Steve (Alice) Cochran, and Dawn Petry; eleven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; brother: Tom (Mary) Brandenburg; several nieces and nephews; and a special caretaker, Amy Day.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Ralph Cochran, her parents, and seven siblings.
Funeral services will be held at Community Family Funeral Home 101 West Main Street Richmond, on Saturday August 1, 2015, 1:00 PM, with her brother Rev. Tom Brandenburg officiating. Family and friends may visit Saturday two hours before the service from 11-1:00 PM. Following cremation, burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
