Lucy was the oldest child of the eleven children of Deacon John and Hannah White Farnsworth of Groton, MA. She married Edward Jones in Claremont on 17 Nov 1796 and they moved to Richmond, VT after their first child was born in 1797. They had nine children. Some of the children moved to Ft. Atkinson, WI.
